Description

  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for enterprise solutions.
  • Communicate solution value to both business and technical audiences.
  • Conduct technical discovery, needs assessments, consultation, and customer support.
  • Respond to RFx and RFP requests in collaboration with sales and global bid teams.
  • Assist in curating and refining RFx responses with product management and bid team members.
  • Manage top regional opportunities proactively to help drive deals to closure.
  • Provide solution feedback and competitive intelligence to product management, solutions strategy, and marketing teams.
  • Mentor and coach Solutions Engineers on demonstrations, RFP responses, presentations, POC scope management, and execution.
  • Deliver proof-of-concept support and help manage technical scope for customer engagements.
  • Participate in trade shows, webinars, white papers, solution briefs, and blogs as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of Solutions Engineering experience with success in Identity Governance & Administration, Cloud Security, Privileged Access Management, Application GRC, and/or Identity Security.
  • Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and MCP.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and OCI.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps processes, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent knowledge through technical certifications.
  • Technical certifications such as ISACA, (ISC)², AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Security Engineer are acceptable equivalents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Must be able to travel up to 40% domestically.
