Description

Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and document functional design documents.
Configure and integrate respective SAP modules according to the blueprint.
Develop test strategies and document test results.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cross-functional areas.
Develop a support model and monitor support tickets.
Provide support and resolve help desk tickets.
Communicate effectively and collaborate in a team environment.
Support implementation work for the SPIL project program.

Requirements

Training in the respective SAP domain is required.
Preparation for certification examination in the relevant domain is required.
Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
Candidates may be trained or preparing for certification even without the right experience.
Candidates who have taken a break from real-time projects are encouraged to apply.
Candidates returning to the job market after leave are encouraged to apply.
New immigrants without relevant North American experience are encouraged to apply.
Interest in building a career as a seasoned SAP consultant.
Visa status must be EAD, GC, or USC only.
