Description

  • Provide technical direction and hands-on implementation support for projects in a distributed development environment.
  • Develop high-level designs that convert functional requirements into business processes.
  • Participate in requirements, design, and construction phases to ensure successful delivery from a technical perspective.
  • Discuss business requirements and change requests with customers to clarify scope and needs.
  • Manage daily activities of onsite and offshore development team members.
  • Mentor, assist, and provide feedback to the development team on technical matters and deliverables.
  • Design and code applications according to specifications and company coding standards.
  • Review pull requests and create or maintain Azure CI/CD pipelines and ARM templates.
  • Collaborate with teams across the globe, including attending some night conference calls during the week.
  • Act as a primary point of contact with process owners, business stakeholders, and technical stakeholders for documenting requirements and enhancements.
  • Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and L2/L3 support tickets for support programs.
  • Manage change requests and communicate effectively with customer SPOCs through defined processes.

Requirements

  • Well-versed in Microsoft technologies, including .NET, Azure Data Services such as ADF and Azure SQL, Azure PaaS services, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
  • Good working knowledge of front-end development with Blazor or Angular, with one of them required.
  • Experience with mobile technologies, primarily iOS development and MAUI.
  • Experience working in a distributed development environment.
  • Experience managing onsite and offshore development teams.
  • Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and handling L2 and L3 support tickets.
  • Experience with change management processes and customer stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to participate in discussions with customers and technical stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Availability for some night conference calls during the week.
  • Preferred experience in reviewing pull requests, maintaining Azure CI/CD pipelines, and working with ARM templates.
