Description

  • Own and manage the technical product backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization for technical delivery teams.
  • Provide ongoing oversight of sprint execution to ensure progress, quality, and adherence to Agile best practices.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and defect management, including managing testing feedback loops and ensuring timely fixes.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain Software Design Documents (SDDs) and System Requirements Documents (SRDs).
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders, providing clear communication and status updates.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes and drive operational efficiency across delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or a similar role.
  • Experience in Cable, Telecommunications, or related industries is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid approaches).
  • Hands-on experience creating and working with SDDs and SRDs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage backlogs, sprints, and cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Experience coordinating testing cycles, managing feedback loops, and resolving defects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Polished, professional presence with the ability to operate as an executive-level consultant.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future, and the company does not engage C2C arrangements.
  • Ability to work remotely and commit to a 6-month engagement starting at the beginning of July through the end of the year.
