Description

  • Own the customer relationship after sales handoff and ensure successful deployment and adoption of Samsara’s IoT solutions.
  • Manage deployment projects for large-scale customers to enable fast time-to-value.
  • Create launch plans and roadmaps to drive increased product usage and adoption.
  • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
  • Run training sessions and product demonstrations for executives and day-to-day users across multiple use cases.
  • Troubleshoot obstacles and work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage multiple customer engagements in parallel and prioritize program delivery.
  • Deeply understand Samsara platform capabilities and clearly explain them to customers of varying technical and business backgrounds.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting (Enterprise SaaS experience preferred).
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products and delivering end-to-end system implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proven consultative communication skills and ability to build trust with executives, Product/Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users.
  • High emotional intelligence, strong priority management, diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment and take initiative to go above and beyond.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • US-based candidates only (this position is open to candidates residing in the US).
  • Preferred: experience serving a large and complex B2B SaaS customer base and a strong bias for action with high standards.
