Description

  • Review system-flagged clips and determine whether each is an advertisement.
  • Apply country-specific metadata according to detailed tagging rules.
  • Maintain consistent accuracy and quality across repetitive, high-volume work.
  • Collaborate with contractors and colleagues across Poland, Italy, the United States, and other markets.
  • Complete structured training with Riccardo before working independently.
  • Ask questions and resolve cases where tagging rules are unclear or do not fit.
  • Support coverage for a growing number of markets and increased content volume.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German, with the ability to work in both languages.
  • Available to work 32–40 hours per week, including every Sunday; Sundays are not rotated.
  • Demonstrated reliability and consistency in structured work environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to apply extensive rules consistently.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive classification and tagging tasks for extended periods.
  • Results-oriented, resilient, curious, self-aware, and collaborative.
  • Able to commit for the long term rather than seeking a short-term role.
  • Additional language skills in French, Italian, Polish, or Spanish are preferred.
  • Experience with subtitling, transcription, localization quality control, content moderation, or data labeling is preferred.
  • Familiarity with television advertising and brands is preferred.
