Description

  • Start and monitor live video captures from streaming platforms.
  • Respond to alerts and troubleshoot player, VPN, buffering, and recording issues using internal procedures.
  • Capture on-demand and long-form video content between live events.
  • Edit recordings when needed and perform quality checks against established rules.
  • Ingest verified content into Samba’s database.
  • Work with internal web applications, remote machines, and spreadsheets.
  • Follow written procedures independently and escalate questions when needed.

Requirements

  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Comfort with computers, remote machines, spreadsheets, and learning new web tools quickly.
  • Previous office or data-entry experience involving repetitive, detail-oriented work.
  • Experience working remotely and staying productive independently.
  • Reliable availability for nights and weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures accurately and maintain attention during overnight shifts.
  • Content management, media operations, or high-volume data-entry experience preferred.
  • Basic video editing and troubleshooting experience with streams, VPNs, or recording tools preferred.
  • Previous night-shift or follow-the-sun work experience preferred.
