Description

  • Test and evaluate how search engines respond to everyday queries from real users.
  • Provide feedback on text, audio, images, and videos to refine AI data.
  • Work through a variety of evaluation assignments on behalf of RWS and its clients.
  • Maintain quality and accuracy against required service-level expectations.
  • Follow a consistent schedule and complete assigned work independently from home.
  • Analyze information and judge its relevance and significance for search quality.
  • Contribute to improving the online search experience for users of major search engines, social platforms, and streaming services.

Requirements

  • Currently reside in Spain.
  • Be fluent in English and Spanish (Spain).
  • Have a strong understanding of popular culture in Spain.
  • Be able to commit at least 5 hours per week and up to 40 hours per week.
  • Be 18 years old or older.
  • Have a smartphone and a personal computer with a reliable internet connection.
  • Use reliable antivirus software to protect your computer while working online.
  • Sign and comply with the required project NDA.
  • Pass the required training modules and client test before starting work.
  • Only one Search Quality Rater per household is allowed.
  • No previous experience is required.
  • Freelancer or private individual status may be required when applying.
