Description

  • Annotate text, video, and geographic data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
  • Perform basic research to support accurate annotation decisions.
  • Evaluate and curate data to improve the quality of AI training datasets.
  • Provide feedback on patterns observed in the annotated data and help improve the annotation process.
  • Maintain high attention to detail and quality throughout the work.
  • Collaborate with RWS Project Managers and client stakeholders through regular video meetings to align on guidelines, quality expectations, and project updates.
  • Participate in training provided after hire and adapt to evolving project needs.
  • Follow instructions carefully, meet deadlines, and contribute to continuous learning and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Italian.
  • Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills in English.
  • Must be located in one of the listed U.S. states: CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MN, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA, or WI.
  • Ability to work full time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas.
  • Strong general communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work reliably and responsibly.
  • Must pass a client exam and interview as part of the selection process.
  • Personal laptop or desktop required to access RWS systems.
  • Previous experience in data annotation or content review is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Appen Annotation Platform (ADAP) and machine learning principles is preferred.
  • Experience in a professional work environment is preferred.
  • Additional language knowledge is a plus.
