Description

  • Develop product messaging and positioning that clearly communicates Rubrik’s value proposition to Managed Service Providers.
  • Work with product, sales, and marketing teams to create and execute go-to-market plans for launches and product updates.
  • Produce sales enablement materials, product collateral, customer case studies, webinars, blogs, and whitepapers.
  • Track market trends, competitive activity, and MSP customer pain points to inform messaging and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Create training materials, battlecards, and product demonstrations to support the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to gather customer insights, use cases, and feedback.
  • Build customer advocacy by incorporating customer feedback into messaging and engagement efforts.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to align marketing strategy with business goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS environments.
  • 2+ years of experience focused on MSP, MSSP, GSI, and/or partner marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Managed Service Providers, their market dynamics, and customer challenges.
  • Proven track record of developing compelling product messaging and sales enablement content.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use market data and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS environments is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $155,500 to $233,300 USD for SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC, and Seattle roles.
  • Base salary range of $140,000 to $210,000 USD for other U.S. office or remote locations.
  • Eligible for bonus potential.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Includes benefits.
  • Remote work designation (#LI-Remote).
