Description

  • Research and develop compelling conference content with industry experts and internal teams.
  • Identify and contact delegates for speaking engagements.
  • Create detailed event programs with multiple sessions, keynote speakers, and curated content.
  • Update conference agendas and digital assets.
  • Maintain internal databases with current event information.
  • Negotiate speaker expenses within budget guidelines and coordinate accuracy with the operations team.
  • Ensure smooth on-site execution for speakers, session timing, and technical or logistical needs.
  • Collaborate with the operations team on event operating cadences to support successful on-site preparation.
  • Analyze past events to identify new opportunities and improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Background in B2B event production.
  • At least 1 program run in the B2B conferences/events space.
  • Sales or prospecting experience with C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work proactively and under pressure.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
  • Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications.
  • Experience with Canva, preferred.
