Description

  • Lead and oversee the technical delivery of projects, owning delivery quality and timelines
  • Ensure best practices in software architecture, development, code quality, and DevOps are applied
  • Coordinate sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment
  • Act as the main technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and proactively resolve technical and team blockers to maintain steady delivery
  • Mentor and support the professional growth of team members
  • Collaborate closely with the CTO on technical strategy, roadmap, and technical direction
  • Promote documentation, knowledge-sharing sessions, and well-documented code and processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Team Lead or Technical Lead role
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
  • Strong technical background with C#, .NET, and Angular
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to balance hands-on technical work with team leadership responsibilities
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (preferred)
  • Familiarity with authentication/security approaches such as Auth0 and data protection/compliance (preferred)
  • Experience working remotely or in a remote-friendly, cloud-first environment (preferred)
