Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy complex, scalable intelligent automation solutions using advanced UiPath capabilities.
  • Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
  • Own technical delivery of UiPath workstreams from design through testing and deployment.
  • Guide junior and mid-level automation engineers within the pod.
  • Support the Tech Lead with rigorous peer code reviews to enforce coding standards and reusability.
  • Write and execute automated unit and integration tests as part of CI/CD.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical defects.
  • Optimize performance bottlenecks and stabilize processes before handoff to support teams.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to improve consulting service offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in intelligent automation software engineering.
  • Deep, demonstrable expertise developing complex workflows in UiPath.
  • Strong proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification.
  • Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, including SQL databases, API integrations, and version control with Git.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to reverse-engineer legacy processes and design efficient modern architectures.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical challenges and solutions clearly to technical peers and project management.
  • Exposure to consulting environments or client-facing roles (preferred).
  • Python coding skills or willingness to grow technical capabilities (preferred).
  • Interest in upskilling in process mining, low-code platforms, conversational AI, or test automation (preferred).
  • Experience with Automation Anywhere or Power Automate (preferred).
