Description

  • Lead customers through end-to-end onboarding and implementation from discovery through to launch.
  • Capture functional requirements and existing processes to ensure a seamless transition into onboarding.
  • Configure the risr/ platform to meet customer needs and work calmly through technical complexity.
  • Design, maintain, and improve practical learning and implementation resources (guides, walkthroughs, solution definitions, SOPs).
  • Turn recurring customer questions and challenges into reusable documentation, learning collateral, and system improvements to reduce one-to-one training.
  • Deliver tailored training sessions focused on outcomes and provide thoughtful support during critical moments such as exam delivery.
  • Triage and respond to support requests alongside the Customer Success Team, empowering customers rather than creating dependency.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and business analysis teams to surface trends, risks, and opportunities for product and process improvements.
  • Continuously improve onboarding materials based on customer feedback, usage patterns, and evolving product capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering system training or onboarding for end users.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and adapt communication for different audiences.
  • Experience creating clear, user-focused learning or implementation materials (guides, SOPs, walkthroughs).
  • Confidence in learning new systems and navigating technical details with a calm, structured approach to troubleshooting.
  • Comfort handling sensitive information in line with GDPR and relevant quality standards.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating openly with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SaaS products and customer implementations (desirable).
  • Exposure to education, training, or assessment environments and experience supporting customers through change management (desirable).
  • Familiarity with agile or digital transformation projects and tools such as Zendesk or Monday.com (desirable).
  • Must be based in the UK; full-time, permanent role.

  • Salary £40,000–£50,000 (dependent on experience) plus profit share.
