Description

  • Manage end-to-end clinical execution for projects of moderate complexity, or support senior CTLs on larger or more complex projects.
  • Oversee recruitment, study metrics monitoring, and documentation activities.
  • Ensure sites and CRAs comply with study protocols, GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage clinical operations timelines, metrics, resourcing, budget, and related project activities.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and help implement corrective actions and mitigation strategies.
  • Track and reconcile clinical budgets related to monitoring visits and CRA allocation.
  • Serve as the clinical liaison among clients, site staff, CRAs, and internal teams.
  • Lead internal and external meetings and manage routine client communications and expectations.
  • Lead CRA and IHCRA onboarding, project training, and training sessions such as investigator meetings and conferences.
  • Review and support protocol deviation planning, reconciliation, and study documents such as monitoring plans, deviation plans, and case report forms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a life science, nursing, pharmacy, or related field.
  • 5 years of clinical research experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology company.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a clinical team lead preferred.
  • At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience.
  • Proven leadership experience leading teams within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, clinical trial processes, and documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to drive decisions and lead initiatives.
  • Experience using clinical trial management software and EDC systems.
  • Must submit CV in English.
