Description

  • Oversee healthcare compliance processes and ensure adherence to applicable regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor compliance records, documentation, reporting systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with internal audits, investigations, compliance reviews, and related reporting.
  • Develop and update compliance procedures, policies, and training materials.
  • Coordinate compliance-related communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Identify compliance risks and support corrective action initiatives.
  • Support HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.
  • Track regulatory updates and ensure operational compliance with industry requirements.
  • Prepare reports and assist leadership with compliance monitoring and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare compliance, healthcare administration, risk management, or regulatory operations is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and HIPAA requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with compliance reporting, audits, and documentation management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
  • Experience working with U.S. healthcare systems and regulations is an advantage.
