Description

  • Concept and produce high-quality image and video ads for Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Write short, punchy on-asset copy and headlines that support ad performance.
  • Tailor creative for ABA therapy providers and other client industries.
  • Localize creative sets for multi-market campaigns while keeping location-specific details accurate.
  • Use generative AI as part of the creative workflow to produce work quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Partner with the ads team to understand client goals and develop creative that supports campaign objectives.
  • Deliver assigned graphics and short videos within a standard 3-business-day turnaround.
  • Provide organized, editable source files for all creative assets.
  • Stay current on paid-social creative trends and contribute new ideas.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer and social media video creator.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media design and video work.
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Fluency with Canva, which is core to the workflow.
  • Comfort with AI video generation tools for generating and animating ad footage.
  • Experience with AI image generation and professional image editing tools such as Photoshop or equivalent.
