Description

  • Coordinate the scheduling of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions for clients and therapists.
  • Communicate with families to confirm therapy schedules and address concerns.
  • Match therapists to clients based on expertise, availability, and individual needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records in the system.
  • Monitor therapist availability and manage last-minute scheduling changes to maintain continuity of care.
  • Work with clinical staff to ensure compliance with treatment plans and scheduling protocols.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a relevant field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or coordination within a healthcare or ABA setting is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Passion for supporting the well-being and development of clients receiving ABA therapy.
