Description

  • Provide customer service support by responding to emails and phone calls.
  • Receive, compile, sort, interpret, and verify data and source documents for entry.
  • Enter data into various database applications.
  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems for applications, rebates, and supporting documents.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments as part of a team approach to servicing customers.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6-12 months of related work experience in a call center environment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful environmental impact.
  • Fluent in Spanish is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask are preferred.
  • Experience in data entry processing and a customer-centric call center environment is preferred.
