Description

  • Design and implement backend services using ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SignalR, and Minimal APIs.
  • Develop Python services and AI components with FastAPI, Django, Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Build and maintain microservices using Docker and event-driven messaging patterns with Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
  • Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
  • Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning for AI-enabled products.
  • Implement agent orchestration and inter-agent communication for autonomous task execution.
  • Design and deploy enterprise AI copilots with Microsoft Copilot Foundry and Azure OpenAI Service.
  • Implement serverless and workflow solutions using Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code using Azure DevOps, ARM/Bicep, or Terraform.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers and document architecture decisions to promote scalable, maintainable systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a technical lead or senior full stack engineer, typically 5+ years in software development and leadership.
  • Strong expertise in C#/.NET, including ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, SignalR, and Minimal APIs.
  • Strong experience in Python with FastAPI, Django, Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience designing microservices and containerizing applications with Docker.
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues such as Azure Service Bus or RabbitMQ.
  • Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
  • Practical experience with LLM integration and Azure OpenAI Service.
  • Experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with CI/CD automation, YAML pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code using ARM/Bicep or Terraform.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to mentor developers and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to code quality, testing, and iterative MVP-driven delivery.
  • Experience designing enterprise-grade copilots with Microsoft Copilot Foundry (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and inter-agent coordination patterns (nice to have).
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory for ETL/ELT pipelines (nice to have).
  • Experience managing observability with Application Insights (nice to have).
