Description

  • Own the end-to-end user experience and interface design for Renmoney’s digital products and front-end channels.
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to turn business goals into user-centric designs and high-impact product features.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, then iterate on designs based on findings.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect visual designs using tools such as Figma.
  • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Advocate for design thinking and user-first principles across the organization.
  • Mentor junior designers and support their professional growth.
  • Contribute to designs that improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in product design or UX/UI, ideally in fintech, banking, or tech-driven industries.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital or mobile design projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Proven experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills to explain design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in UX/UI principles, user research, and scalable design systems.
  • Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Experience in fintech or banking is preferred.
