Description

  • Design technical solutions for complex mobile banking features.
  • Make architectural decisions and document key trade-offs.
  • Own the technical delivery of major features.
  • Refactor legacy code safely without disrupting production.
  • Improve code quality, testing practices, and overall test coverage.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards across the team.
  • Review pull requests and provide constructive technical feedback.
  • Mentor mid-level developers and support team growth.
  • Investigate and resolve production incidents.
  • Communicate technical constraints and timelines to product stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Flutter/Dart experience.
  • Expert-level Dart knowledge, including generics, extensions, mixins, and isolates.
  • Ability to optimize performance and diagnose memory issues.
  • Experience designing and enforcing Clean Architecture.
  • Hands-on experience implementing repository pattern, use cases, and entity mapping from scratch.
  • Deep experience with Provider at scale and architecting state to avoid unnecessary rebuilds.
  • Experience with dependency injection using get_it and injectable, including testing implications.
  • Experience with functional error handling and consistent error propagation across layers.
  • Experience architecting networking layers with retry logic, caching strategies, and offline handling.
  • Understanding of mobile security, including secure storage, biometric authentication, session management, and data encryption.
  • Experience writing unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests, with dependency mocking.
  • Ability to write platform channels for iOS and Android and work with native build systems like Gradle and Xcode.
  • Experience integrating third-party SDKs such as payment gateways, analytics, or identity verification tools.
  • Experience troubleshooting SDK conflicts.
  • Preferred experience leading technical initiatives in a production mobile app environment.
