Description

  • Execute manual test cases for web applications, including front-end UI and backend logic.
  • Identify logic errors, UI glitches, and AI hallucinations during testing.
  • Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases not covered in requirements documents.
  • Test features from an end-user perspective and validate behavior before client release.
  • Manually verify backend behavior by hitting API endpoints when needed.
  • Document bugs clearly with reproduction steps, screenshots, and logs.
  • Work with fast-moving engineering teams to help isolate and communicate defects quickly.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in manual testing of web applications.
  • Ability to write clear test cases and bug reports.
  • Comfortable manually testing API endpoints using tools such as Postman.
  • AI literacy, including understanding how to check chatbots for hallucinations and context-limit issues.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to spot subtle UI issues or incorrect AI responses.
  • Comfortable working without perfectly written test plans in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks is a plus.
