Description

  • Build, resize, and adapt creative assets for social media, presentations, digital ads, print collateral, and event materials.
  • Execute designs based on established brand guidelines and creative direction.
  • Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital use.
  • Manage file organization, version control, and creative assets.
  • Apply multiple client brand standards across concurrent projects.
  • Incorporate revisions quickly and accurately.
  • Support light motion graphics and animation projects when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and creative leadership.
  • Communicate proactively about project status and deadlines.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Designer, or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing production design, branding, and multi-format design work.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency or client-service environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort working across diverse industries and adapting to different brand styles.
  • Motion graphics or animation experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Figma is preferred.
  • Social-first design experience is preferred.
  • Experience supporting event or experiential marketing projects is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with U.S.-based agencies or clients is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio must demonstrate production design excellence, brand consistency, attention to detail, and variety across industries and visual styles.
  • Ability to showcase both creative and corporate-focused work is required.

  • Salary of $1,700–$2,000 USD per month.
