Description

  • Translate the Chief Marketing Officer's strategic vision into compelling visual assets that reinforce the company's brand identity.
  • Design high-quality marketing materials for print, digital platforms, websites, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative assets consistently reflect the organisation's brand positioning and visual standards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain visual materials for training programmes, educational resources, and coaching manuals.
  • Update existing visual assets to ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment with evolving brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Propose innovative design concepts that strengthen the company's visual identity and enhance the customer experience.
  • Research emerging design trends, creative technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Identify and implement new design tools and workflows that improve quality and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian, written and spoken, is essential.
  • Good command of English.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Brand Design, or Visual Communications.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital marketing assets, and visual storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print media.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience creating social media graphics, marketing collateral, and presentation materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Figma experience is desirable.
  • Canva Pro experience is desirable.
  • Basic video editing experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software is desirable.
  • Motion graphics or animation experience is desirable.
  • WordPress design experience is desirable.
  • UX/UI design principles knowledge is desirable.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered creative and design tools is desirable.
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns within a coaching, education, or professional services environment is desirable.
  • A reliable laptop or desktop capable of running professional design software is required.
  • A stable, high-speed internet connection is required.
  • A dedicated home office suitable for remote working is required.
