Description

  • Create and publish high-value content that attracts, engages, and nurtures prospective clients.
  • Ensure consistent content publication across the organisation’s communication channels.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and reinforce the organisation’s market positioning.
  • Develop compelling content that builds trust and improves audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Branding Team and Direct Response Marketing Team on editorial content strategy.
  • Manage and maintain the editorial calendar across social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate content production to meet campaign deadlines and business objectives.
  • Provide content coverage for live events through timely creation and publication of engaging material.
  • Support marketing campaigns with creative content and consistent messaging across channels.
  • Research industry trends and content marketing best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content performance, audience engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Recommend new content formats, channels, and creative approaches that support business growth.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian, written and spoken, is essential.
  • Good command of English.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Copywriting, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience creating engaging content across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and content schedules.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience using content management systems (CMS) is desirable.
  • SEO copywriting and content optimisation experience is desirable.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms is desirable.
  • Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is desirable.
  • Basic video editing skills are desirable.
  • Google Analytics experience is desirable.
  • Experience with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools is desirable.
  • Experience within coaching, education, or professional services is desirable.
  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer is required.
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection is required.
  • Dedicated home office suitable for remote working is required.
  • Full-time availability is required.
  • Availability to work Italian business hours (CET/CEST) is required.
  • Flexibility to occasionally support live events and marketing campaigns is required.
