Description

  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Coordinate and manage the production schedule to maximize weekly revenue and minimize days-to-production and days-in-production.
  • Schedule estimates and actual appointments, maintain RSAs’ schedules and adhere to their appointment time slots.
  • Enter leads into the CRM, maintain accurate CRM records, file job details, and update the production schedule.
  • Send next-step emails/messages and provide periodic scheduling updates to customers until project start.
  • Review residential proposals for consistency and accuracy and build residential handoffs with all necessary documents for project success.
  • Distribute job handoffs to appropriate job site supervisors and maintain communication with staff, job site supervisors, and customers regarding scheduling, production, and warranty issues.
  • Pull and compile weekly and monthly production reports, provide daily production availability updates to staff, attend required meetings, and perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations or General Manager.

Requirements

  • 100% remote work with full-time availability.
  • Comfortable with inbound and outbound phone-based customer communication and scheduling.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and general tech-savviness for paperless workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated conflict resolution abilities.
  • Organization and priority-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain structured workflows.
  • Sound decision-making skills and use of good judgment to make timely decisions considering facts, goals, constraints, and risks.
  • Ability to review proposals, prepare accurate handoffs, and maintain detailed record-keeping in the CRM.
  • Familiarity with or ability to ensure compliance with EPA Safe Lead Practices paperwork when required.
  • Willingness to participate in company skill development programs and regional/national training or conference opportunities.
