Description

  • Own the operating rhythm between external marketing agencies and the internal sales team.
  • Run the recurring reporting cadence and maintain weekly dashboards.
  • Coordinate and lead monthly agency reviews and manage agency deadlines.
  • Deliver clear, decision-oriented monthly performance summaries to stakeholders.
  • Spot and escalate performance anomalies early and build the feedback loop between sales and marketing partners.
  • Maintain recurring meeting schedules and extract required deliverables from external partners on time.
  • Ensure the founder is not the single point of contact by creating visibility and operational controls.
  • Prioritize coordination and issue-spotting rather than creative marketing execution.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of marketing operations, agency coordination, or marketing support experience.
  • Strong organizational systems with relentless follow-through on deadlines and recurring tasks.
  • Ability to read marketing performance reports (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and spot material changes in key metrics.
  • Excellent written communication for turning raw data into clear, decision-oriented summaries.
  • Experience managing external agencies or vendors with polite but firm accountability.
  • Comfortable with basic data tracking concepts (cost per lead, conversion rates, lead source attribution).
  • Proven ability to maintain recurring meeting schedules and extract deliverables from external partners on time.
  • Self-directed operator able to run a weekly rhythm without constant oversight.
  • Pattern recognition skills to flag abnormal performance within 48 hours of detection.
  • Experience with spreadsheets, dashboards, or CRM reporting tools (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar) and commercial judgment focused on revenue protection and lead quality.
