Description

  • Lead the production and delivery of high-volume creative assets across digital channels, ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Execute campaign creative for social media, digital display, HTML5 banners, motion assets, OOH, email, and CRM.
  • Adapt master creative into multiple sizes, formats, versions, and localized rollouts for large-scale campaigns.
  • Produce motion graphics, animated social assets, and performance-led creative variations.
  • Optimize assets for different platforms, specs, file sizes, and performance requirements.
  • Create scalable templates to improve efficiency across recurring campaign work.
  • Manage a team of junior designers and production artists, including delegation of resizing and rollout tasks.
  • Implement and maintain QA processes, file structure standards, and production workflows.
  • Ensure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent campaigns and act as production lead for the Manila team.
  • Review briefs carefully, clarify uncertainties early, and self-check work before handoff to minimize rework.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital design or motion.
  • Contract role for 6–12 months.
  • Experience in gaming, sports betting, or casino industries is advantageous.
  • Experience managing creative teams or junior creatives is advantageous.
  • Strong experience executing multi-channel campaigns at scale.
  • Proven ability to manage junior creatives or production teams.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus After Effects and Figma.
  • HTML5 banner production experience is preferred, but trainable on the job.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad specs, file weight restrictions, and platform requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, production discipline, and clear communication skills.
  • Comfort working with offshore creative leadership and international creative teams is preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, animations, and graphic design work.
  • Must have own equipment, including a laptop.
