Description

  • Own product design and user experience from early exploration through launch and iteration.
  • Maintain and evolve the platform’s design system.
  • Collaborate with front-end engineers on design-to-engineering workflows and best practices.
  • Set and maintain a high bar for visual and interaction quality.
  • Design how AI features are presented and understood by users.
  • Partner with product management and engineering on problem definition, scope, and sequencing.
  • Conduct user research and usability sessions and translate findings into design decisions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience designing B2B or enterprise software for workflow-heavy products.
  • Portfolio demonstrating component libraries, data displays, navigation, and interaction patterns.
  • Experience simplifying complex tasks through data-dense interface design.
  • Technical fluency with front-end concepts and modern design-to-code workflows.
  • Experience designing AI- and LLM-driven features, including model explanations and trust-building interfaces.
  • Ability to break ambiguous problems into incremental, shippable work.
  • Expertise in inclusive design and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to communicate design rationale and gain buy-in from technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in martech, adtech, orchestration tooling, or healthcare preferred.
