Description

  • Design maintainable, performant, and scalable front-end systems for enterprise event applications.
  • Lead architecture, scoping, and development of new features to address technical gaps and missing capabilities.
  • Evaluate emerging frameworks, tools, and methodologies to keep the platform current.
  • Partner with Product Management, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to define product direction and API integrations.
  • Champion cross-functional engineering goals and encourage participation in technical guilds and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and paired programming.
  • Architect robust theming and white-labeling solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Manage large-scale epics and technical debt while using company resources responsibly.
  • Translate complex technical concepts and project blockers for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of professional front-end development experience, preferably in a SaaS, enterprise, or high-traffic environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Svelte, and advanced CSS/SASS architectures.
  • Deep understanding of modern web standards, including Core Web Vitals optimization, state management such as Redux or Context, and responsive design principles.
  • Proven track record of owning large-scale epics and managing technical debt.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with a strong desire to improve processes and deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Practical experience using generative AI and AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude, Codex, or Cursor.
  • Preferred: Ability to work well in a fast-paced, pivoting environment.
  • Preferred: Experience with client-facing conversations and strategic planning.
  • Preferred: Experience with email templating and web page theming.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks.
