Description

Perform quality assurance testing of product releases before deployment.
Conduct verification and validation testing to ensure product quality, accuracy, and integrity.
Collaborate with Success and Support teams to troubleshoot issues and assist with clinic setup.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering to improve product functionality and user experience.
Create and maintain product documentation, testing materials, and related QA artifacts.
Work with an existing QA Manager to test new releases and investigate product issues.
Help clinics optimize their billing and coding workflows through product support and feedback.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a clinical medical dosimetrist or radiation therapist.
Extensive treatment planning and/or treatment delivery experience.
Extensive plan validation experience across multiple treatment techniques and modalities.
Direct experience with radiation oncology billing requirements and workflows.
More than 5 years of clinical medical dosimetry or radiation therapy experience using Radformation products, particularly QuickCode (preferred).
Extensive experience with radiation oncology billing requirements and reimbursement workflows (preferred).
Experience with product testing, verification, validation, or software quality assurance (preferred).
Customer service or customer-facing support experience (preferred).
Strong understanding of radiation oncology clinical workflows.
Excellent organizational, documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Strong attention to detail and an open mindset with willingness to give and receive feedback.
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community.
