Description

  • Perform quality assurance testing of product releases before deployment.
  • Conduct verification and validation testing to ensure product quality, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Collaborate with Success and Support teams to troubleshoot issues and assist with clinic setup.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to improve product functionality and user experience.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, testing materials, and related QA artifacts.
  • Work with an existing QA Manager to test new releases and investigate product issues.
  • Help clinics optimize their billing and coding workflows through product support and feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a clinical medical dosimetrist or radiation therapist.
  • Extensive treatment planning and/or treatment delivery experience.
  • Extensive plan validation experience across multiple treatment techniques and modalities.
  • Direct experience with radiation oncology billing requirements and workflows.
  • More than 5 years of clinical medical dosimetry or radiation therapy experience using Radformation products, particularly QuickCode (preferred).
  • Extensive experience with radiation oncology billing requirements and reimbursement workflows (preferred).
  • Experience with product testing, verification, validation, or software quality assurance (preferred).
  • Customer service or customer-facing support experience (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of radiation oncology clinical workflows.
  • Excellent organizational, documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and an open mindset with willingness to give and receive feedback.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community.
