Description

  • Train clinics on Radformation’s suite of radiation oncology automation tools.
  • Understand customer issues and independently provide solutions or collaborate with the programming team.
  • Conduct annual Rad Reviews to gather feedback, share new features, support renewals, reduce churn, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Host webinars addressing clinic questions and demonstrating product features.
  • Test new software versions to support development and quality assurance.
  • Develop and distribute training materials for clinic users.
  • Mentor clinics in establishing efficient workflows and improving treatment safety.
  • Incorporate clinic feedback into product improvement and development.
  • Work 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS.
  • Strong treatment-planning and radiation oncology workflow knowledge.
  • Strong critical-thinking and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, non-judgmental, adaptable approach with a passion for patient care and helping clinics.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and sharing them with healthcare professionals.
  • Five years of Eclipse TPS clinical dosimetry experience preferred.
  • Dosimetry teaching experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
