Description

  • Partner with Sales to deliver customized product demonstrations to prospective clinics.
  • Lead and organize end-to-end software implementations, coordinating with internal teams and customer IT groups.
  • Train, mentor, and support clinic users to ensure successful adoption and long-term product use.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues independently and in collaboration with Engineering.
  • Host webinars and create training materials to educate clinics and showcase product capabilities.
  • Test new software releases and provide clinical feedback to Product and Quality Assurance teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical teams, acting as a trusted partner in workflow optimization.
  • Represent Radformation at trade shows and industry events across North America as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical dosimetry experience using Eclipse TPS.
  • Preferred 5+ years of clinical dosimetry experience.
  • Teaching or training experience in dosimetry (preferred).
  • Customer-facing or customer service experience (preferred).
  • Project management experience (preferred).
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and passion for excellence in patient care.
  • Willingness to travel to industry events across North America and to complete hiring assessments without AI-generated assistance; must be US-based or eligible to work in the US for this remote role.
