Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries by email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide clear step-by-step solutions.
  • Escalate complex customer concerns to the appropriate team when needed.
  • Manage and maintain calendars accurately and efficiently.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate meetings across different time zones.
  • Send reminders and keep all stakeholders informed and prepared for scheduled meetings.
  • Coordinate and confirm client and internal appointments, including follow-ups to secure bookings.
  • Maintain organized records of scheduled and completed appointments.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including documentation and reporting.
  • Support process improvements and workflow organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in customer service and/or technical support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Calendly, Google Calendar, or Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
  • Experience working with US-based clients is preferred.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Freshdesk is preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Fully remote, work-from-home position.
  • Salary of ZAR 17,000-20,000 per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
  • Availability aligned with EST business hours.
