Description

  • Monitor EV charger status and identify operational issues.
  • Communicate with property owners and drivers to support troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to arrange on-site support.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and case updates in the system.
  • Escalate complex technical problems when necessary.
  • Help keep EV charging infrastructure running smoothly through proactive issue management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist or Technical Support Specialist.
  • Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage active issues efficiently.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support in IT or a related field preferred.
  • Availability to work during EST business hours.
  • Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness to learn EV charger systems and operations through provided training.

Benefits

  • Fully remote, work-from-home position.
  • Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Salary of ZAR 17,000-20,000 per month, commensurate with skills and experience.
