Description

  • Manage the technical implementation, onboarding, adoption, and growth for a portfolio of clients.
  • Understand client objectives, define implementation plans, and configure the Quantum Metric platform to meet requirements.
  • Architect solutions and equip stakeholders with capabilities to execute their digital strategy.
  • Develop custom JavaScript functions to capture data and satisfy complex analytics use cases.
  • Configure alerts, dashboards, and reports to provide clients with real-time visibility into digital platform performance.
  • Use browser developer tools to test scripts, diagnose issues, and apply performance-optimization techniques.
  • Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, prioritize work, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and ambiguous situations.
  • Present and communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences, including senior leaders, middle managers, and individual contributors (technical and non-technical).

Requirements

  • Experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions.
  • Background in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript development and hands-on experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, or native mobile development (plus).
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics, Optimizely, or Tealeaf.
  • Expert knowledge of browser developer tools and familiarity with the page load lifecycle and performance optimization techniques.
  • Strong project and time management skills and the ability to multitask across multiple clients.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills and the ability to connect with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.

  • Base salary $90,000–$120,000 (bonus eligible).
