Description

  • Elicit, document, and clarify functional and technical requirements with stakeholders and project managers.
  • Develop SQL Server and Snowflake queries to gather, prepare, and analyze data.
  • Design reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support data-quality rules and initiatives.
  • Audit and validate data, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data-quality issues.
  • Establish KPIs for the completeness, validity, and timeliness of externally submitted data.
  • Apply statistical and analytical techniques to identify data trends and patterns.
  • Fine-tune AI/ML/LLM models, build RAG systems, engineer prompts, prepare data, and implement hallucination safeguards.
  • Develop AI assistants, chatbots, and task automation for data-quality efforts.
  • Perform unit testing and coordinate user acceptance testing for data products.
  • Partner with DevOps to deploy data-integrity solutions and create technical and end-user documentation and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience; an advanced degree in healthcare, analytics, statistics, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of advanced healthcare data analytics and statistical modeling experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in employer benefits or healthcare analytics.
  • Expert-level SQL or similar relational database expertise.
  • Experience designing, training, and deploying machine learning models and LLMs into production.
  • Ability to transform data into accurate, actionable information with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with advanced analytics tools such as SAS, R, or Python is strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to protecting sensitive company and member data and complying with company policies, values, and ethics.
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship.
