Description

  • Lead and steer medium- to large-scale programs across design-led and technically intensive workstreams.
  • Partner with Design and Technical leads to keep internal and external stakeholders aligned.
  • Run the day-to-day project rhythm while maintaining a long-term view of program goals and client metrics.
  • Build tools and training that support the setup and growth of complex programs.
  • Identify opportunities to expand one-off projects into longer-term, higher-value programs of work.
  • Design and facilitate internal and client-facing ideation and planning sessions.
  • Advise on scoping, staffing, roadmap opportunities, and growth strategies to protect financial integrity.
  • Oversee agency relations and APR engagement to maintain preferred-partner status through consistent delivery.
  • Report on program financial health and identify delivery risks before they affect scope or outcomes.
  • Bridge technical and client stakeholders so complex builds are clearly understood and valued.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading medium- to large-scale programs.
  • Strong understanding of technical project lifecycles.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering.
  • Ability to manage design and technical workstreams in parallel.
  • Comfortable in senior client-facing environments.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to manage scope, staffing, and margin considerations.
  • Ability to balance immediate delivery needs with long-term program planning.
  • Curious, problem-solving mindset for complex delivery challenges.
  • Experience building infrastructure, tools, or training to support program growth (preferred).
  • Experience working across Google portfolio or similar complex client programs (preferred).
