Description

  • Review new site builds and edit requests for visual quality before they are sent to clients.
  • Catch issues related to alignment, spacing, cropping, typography, color consistency, image quality, and responsive behavior.
  • Check each build and edit across all Webflow breakpoints, including desktop, tablet, and mobile sizes.
  • Make minor visual corrections directly in Webflow when issues are simple and do not require a builder.
  • Document builder-facing issues in BugHerd with annotated screenshots, clear descriptions, and suggested fixes.
  • Track QA status and revision progress in Linear throughout the review workflow.
  • Help create, maintain, and improve the visual QA checklist and standards.
  • Provide clear, specific feedback that enables builders to fix issues without follow-up.
  • Identify recurring visual problems and surface trends to improve SOPs and builder training.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation Leader on visual quality metrics and prioritization of standards improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong design eye with the ability to spot visual issues in spacing, alignment, typography, and color.
  • Experience with Webflow, including navigating the editor and making minor fixes.
  • Understanding of Webflow breakpoints and how styles cascade from desktop to mobile.
  • Obsessive attention to detail and ability to notice small visual inconsistencies.
  • Ability to clearly explain why a visual element looks wrong and how it should be fixed.
  • Proficiency with BugHerd, or ability to get up to speed immediately.
  • Familiarity with Linear for tracking QA ticket status.
  • Strong written communication in English.
  • Comfort with repetitive, detail-oriented work and high-volume review tasks.
  • Systematic, checklist-based approach to quality reviews.
  • Formal design training or background in graphic design, UI/UX, or visual communications (nice to have).
  • Experience in a QA or quality assurance role in a web agency or SaaS environment (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with image optimization standards such as resolution, file size, and aspect ratios for web (nice to have).
