Description

  • Build and ship high-quality, scalable software across the core platform.
  • Contribute to intelligent product capabilities that use data, automation, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Own systems and features from concept through production and iteration.
  • Help improve engineering standards, processes, and team culture as the company scales.
  • Work across full stack, mobile, reliability, or data areas as needed.
  • Apply thoughtful system design and data-driven thinking to solve customer problems.
  • Support the development of modern, intelligent products, including AI-powered or agentic systems.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of professional full-stack web development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, React, and Next.js.
  • Experience building or contributing to intelligent, data-driven, or AI-enabled products is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in backend development, databases, third-party integrations, frontend components, state management, performance optimization, and build tools.
  • Proven ability to ship high-quality products and features at scale with a focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex full-stack web application issues using modern techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team environment.
  • Ability to build consensus and influence technical decisions.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects are preferred.
  • Experience working on AI-powered or agentic systems is particularly valued.
