Description

  • Create ML models from scratch and improve existing models.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers on production models.
  • Develop the experimentation roadmap.
  • Set up and maintain a reproducible experimentation environment and pipelines.
  • Monitor and maintain ML models in production to ensure optimal performance.
  • Write clear documentation for ML models, processes, and pipelines.
  • Stay current with ML and AI developments and propose innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs in production, RAG architecture, and agentic systems.
  • Comfortable with standard ML algorithms and the underlying math.
  • Practical experience solving classification and regression tasks, including feature engineering.
  • Practical experience with ML models in production.
  • Practical experience with NLP, LLMs, or recommendation engines.
  • Solid software engineering skills and ability to produce well-structured modules beyond notebook scripts.
  • Python expertise and Docker experience.
  • Strong upper-intermediate English level.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • AWS Bedrock experience is strongly preferred.
  • Practical experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS services such as SageMaker, ECR, EMR, S3, and Lambda, is a plus.
  • Practical experience with deep learning models is a plus.
  • Experience with taxonomies or ontologies is a plus.
  • Experience with machine learning pipelines for complex workflows is a plus.
  • Experience with Spark/Dask and Great Expectations is a plus.
