Description

  • Drive strategic process improvement initiatives focused on revenue integrity and charge capture.
  • Manage complex client engagements and projects from planning through delivery.
  • Analyze revenue integrity workflows, including charge review, revenue routing, and CPT guideline adherence, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Configure or support Epic PB-related functionality and administration as part of implementations or optimization efforts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing candid recommendations and translating technical details into operational improvements.
  • Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to establish governance, operational processes, and data-driven solutions.
  • Work independently across multiple concurrent projects and contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practices.

Requirements

  • Epic PB certification required (Administration preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • Direct Revenue Integrity experience, with familiarity with CPT guidelines, revenue routing, and charge review.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
