Description

  • Support healthcare organizations in solving complex Epic-related claims and process challenges.
  • Drive strategic process improvement initiatives for clients.
  • Manage complex projects from start to finish.
  • Work directly with clients as a trusted advisor and provide straightforward guidance.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to deliver healthcare IT consulting services.
  • Use analytical problem-solving to address difficult operational and technology issues.
  • Help strengthen client workflows, operational processes, and data-driven outcomes.

Requirements

  • Epic PB certification and Epic PB Claims certification are required.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to work in a consulting environment and engage with healthcare clients (preferred by role context).
