Requirements

  • Reside in the United States.
  • Be a registered physician with a current U.S. medical license; physicians from any specialty may apply.
  • Provide a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and complete medical credential and license verification.
  • Complete required training or a qualification assessment after verification, if invited.
  • Have access to a computer and reliable internet connection.
  • Be able to follow detailed online instructions.
