Requirements

  • Full fluency in Japanese.
  • Fluent English for instructions and reporting.
  • Comfort with natural, unscripted conversation over video calls.
  • Friendly, easygoing communication style and comfort speaking with new people.
  • A quiet environment suitable for recording.
  • Good-quality headphones and microphone for clear audio.
  • Teaching, interpreting, customer service, or linguistics experience is preferred.
