Requirements

  • Fully fluent Japanese speaker.
  • Fluent English for instructions and reporting.
  • Comfortable holding natural conversations with unfamiliar people over video calls.
  • Friendly, easygoing communication style.
  • Quiet work environment with reliable, clear audio.
  • Good-quality headphones and microphone.
  • Teaching, interpreting, customer service, or linguistics experience is a plus.
