Description

  • Partner with the ProfitCoach Data Team to ensure timely setup of client dashboards and forecasts.
  • Review client dashboards, forecasts, assumptions, and financial metrics to prepare for coaching conversations.
  • Conduct coaching calls using ProfitCoach methodologies and question-based communication to guide clients toward clarity, commitment, and action.
  • Customize and adjust client forecasts and financial models in real time during coaching sessions.
  • Execute consistent pre-call preparation and post-call follow-up, including agenda drafting, profile updates, and action item tracking.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and relational client support via email, phone, or Zoom.
  • Assist tenured coaches with inbox management, calendar scheduling, and administrative tasks during the training phase.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to evolve coaching tools, content, and methodologies and participate in training and peer-learning initiatives.

  • Coaching intuition or clear aptitude for coaching conversations and client guidance.
  • Financial confidence and curiosity, including the ability to work fluidly in spreadsheets, model scenarios, and interpret financial statements in real time.
  • Ability to identify patterns, ask sharp questions, and work toward root causes.
  • Comfort engaging business owners and professionals in advisory conversations.
  • Bias toward action, learning, and improvement in fast-paced environments.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Exposure to leadership, management, or advisory roles (strongly valued).
  • Experience in property management or adjacent industries (helpful but not required).
  • Ability to work remotely and commit to an hourly, approximately 40 hours/week schedule.

Benefits

  • Competitive annual compensation expected between $70,000 and $100,000 depending on experience.
