Description

  • Lead system launches and establish PROCEPT therapies as the preferred treatment option within assigned territory.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas by driving procedural volume growth in existing accounts and opening new accounts.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive territory and account plans, including accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR teams, KOLs, and hospital administrators to drive adoption and engagement.
  • Partner with Marketing and Clinical Specialists to onboard, train, and support new physicians through the surgeon pathway and practice integration.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Specialists, Capital, and Launch teams to coordinate pre- and post-installation activities and ensure seamless account transitions.
  • Provide case coverage support as needed (typically ~1 day per week) to ensure optimal customer experience and procedural success.
  • Work with surgeons and hospital teams to optimize patient pathways, expand patient access, and integrate Aquablation into practice workflows.
  • Synthesize customer insights and market trends to inform Marketing and R&D priorities and drive change management and workflow standardization to overcome adoption barriers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in OR-based medical device sales with proven success driving procedural adoption, account growth, and quota attainment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex hospital selling environments and integrate products into practice/clinic settings.
  • Proven experience launching systems and driving utilization in OR-based selling environments, including reactivating dormant accounts and developing KOL relationships.
  • Willingness to provide case coverage and work in clinical operating rooms as needed.
  • Ability to sit/stand and operate a computer, travel safely within facilities, and occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must comply with PROCEPT Quality Management System, Quality & EHS policies, and maintain required trained status.
