Description

  • Define and operationalize the national AquaPRO launch strategy aligned with CAP and UTL priorities.
  • Establish standardized launch playbooks, KPIs, governance models, and launch methodologies.
  • Own national performance targets, including time to first case, time to 10/20 procedures, Aqua Day productivity, autonomy, referral conversion, and reimbursement cycle time.
  • Build and lead a high-performing national launch organization and define the coverage model and capacity planning.
  • Lead and develop Managers, PLS, CLS, and RLM roles, while coordinating with RSR/ASR teams.
  • Serve as the central integrator across CAP, UTL, Marketing, Clinical, and Reimbursement functions.
  • Align launches with capital placement, utilization strategy, clinical readiness, operational readiness, and financial readiness.
  • Build and manage a national launch dashboard and establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Drive continuous improvement by standardizing tools and evolving launch processes and playbooks.
  • Present launch performance insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support adoption and utilization growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 12–15+ years of experience in MedTech leadership or program management.
  • Experience scaling teams and driving adoption.
  • Strong understanding of hospital workflows and reimbursement.
  • Executive presence and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
  • Experience with cross-functional program leadership is preferred.
  • Experience owning performance metrics and operating cadences is preferred.
